When you visit the website
The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and we collect no information about you when you visit it.
Like all web servers, our hosting provider (Simply.com) keeps technical logs, including IP address and time, for a short period for operation and security.
When you contact us or are a client
If you email or call us, we use your contact details and what you tell us to answer your enquiry and do the work. If you are a client, we process the information needed to deliver the service and invoice.
The legal basis is contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Accounting records are kept for 5 years under Danish bookkeeping law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected if it is wrong. You can ask us to delete it, restrict processing, object, and receive your data in a machine-readable format.
